Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure operational and service excellence in stores, strengthening customer loyalty and business results through training. Key Highlights: 1. You will contribute to our organization’s success by carrying out the following activities: * Training Needs Diagnosis: Conduct a diagnosis of training needs by position, store, and region to identify areas for improvement and develop effective training plans. * Define and ensure the Annual Training Plan aligned with the brand’s people and business objectives. Prioritize training programs according to their impact on operations and business goals, ensuring maximum return on investment in training. * Design, development, and implementation of people and business projects to validate content developed by vendors or internal departments, ensuring alignment with local needs and relevance for employees, acting as point person in managing and executing these projects. * Address operational needs, generate alternatives and solutions based on available resources, and redirect to respective departments. * Comprehensively analyze people and business indicators and reports to propose solutions and correct established practices. * Develop executive presentations and reports highlighting results, impact, and learnings. * Measure the effectiveness and ROI of implemented training programs and projects. * Ensure periodic evaluation through defined methodologies. * Talent administration and personnel management. * Periodically evaluate instructor / direct team performance and training program effectiveness using a defined methodology. * Completed professional degree (Bachelor’s in Pedagogy, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields) Experience in training within the retail sector.
