Supervise the training team Description and Details of Duties Responsible for coordinating the technical training process for direct-report staff within the organization, aligning training activities with applicable current regulations, organizational objectives, and a culture of continuous learning. * Responsible for materials and equipment used in the training DOJO. * Develop technical training programs and ensure training and certification programs meet the overall organizational needs. * Supervise assigned training team members. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize the training process.
