




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor Assistant to deliver onboarding and operational courses, support the updating of training materials, and ensure participants' comprehension. Teamwork and group facilitation **TRAINING INSTRUCTOR ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, or related field, duly certified. + Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience delivering technical training. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver and manage onboarding courses for newly hired staff. * Deliver operational training aligned with procedures and supported by real-life examples to ensure participants' comprehension. * Support the updating of current training materials\-documentation (descriptive letter, facilitation guide, presentation, attendance lists, course evidence, question banks, and exams) used for course delivery. * Submit course evidence electronically and physically to maintain accurate information control. * Stay updated on newly issued procedures through standards and manual revisions. **Competencies and Skills:** * Teamwork. * Dynamic. * Results-oriented. * Group facilitation. * Oral and written communication. * Excellent spelling. **Knowledge:** * Learning strategies and activities. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $10,000\.00. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekend availability as required by the training schedule. * Willingness to travel. * Work location: Polanco, CDMX
