Instructor coordination and budget administration. **Position Objective** **Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs that strengthen staff competencies, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and employees’ professional growth** **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Identify organizational training needs (TNA).** * **Design training plans and programs (technical and soft skills).** * **Coordinate courses, workshops, and training sessions.** * **Evaluate training effectiveness (KPIs, surveys, performance).** * **Manage learning management systems (LMS).** * **Develop instructional materials and training content.** * **Monitor individual development plans.** * **Coordinate internal instructors and external providers.** * **Administer training budgets.** * **Ensure compliance with applicable training regulations.** **Academic Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field.** **Experience:** * **2–4 years in training, organizational development, or HR.** **Technical Knowledge:** * **Instructional design** * **Performance evaluation** * **LMS management** * **Adult training and learning techniques** * **Training metrics** **Skills:** * **Effective communication** * **Leadership and group facilitation** * **Organization and planning** * **Analytical thinking** * **Teamwork** **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **% completion of annual training plan** * **Participant satisfaction level** * **Post\-training performance improvement** * **Talent retention** * **Training ROI** Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On\-site employment
