




Job Summary: A training coordinator who identifies training needs, develops plans, manages logistics and suppliers, and documents processes for training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages logistics and suppliers for internal and external training courses. 2. Collaborates in induction and onboarding programs. 3. Administers and safeguards official documentation with STPS. **Responsibilities** * Identify **training needs** through job analysis, performance evaluations, and departmental requests. * Develop and monitor the **Annual Training Plan**. * Coordinate **logistics for internal and external courses** (announcements, attendance lists, venues, materials). * Manage relationships with **external training providers and instructors**. * Monitor **implementation and compliance** of the training program. * Maintain and update the **training database** (attendance, hours, evaluations). * Prepare training reports and metrics. * Administer and safeguard **STPS documentation** (DC-3, DC-4, DC-2). * Collaborate in **induction and onboarding programs**. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Communication**, or related field. * Preferred: Courses or diplomas in **training, DNC, or organizational development**. * Proficiency in the **SIRCE platform**, preferred. * Knowledge of **STPS regulations** (DC-3, DC-4, DC-2), preferred. * Intermediate **Excel** and presentation tools. * Organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills. * **Standard vehicle driving capability**, mandatory. * **Valid driver’s license**, mandatory.
