




**Trainer** Design, deliver, and follow up on training programs that ensure the development of employees’ technical and behavioral competencies, aligned with business objectives and company standards. Main responsibilities * Implement national-level BRAND SALES training, both in-office or remotely (as applicable), and deliver training directly in the field. * Identify training needs (TNI) jointly with leaders and HR. * Design face-to-face and/or virtual training plans and materials. * Deliver onboarding, technical, soft skills, and sales courses. * Evaluate training effectiveness (before, during, and after). * Follow up on the performance of trained employees. * Maintain training records, reports, and evidence. * Support onboarding processes and organizational culture initiatives. Technical skills * Proficiency in training methodologies for SALES. * Development of instructional materials (presentations, guides, manuals). * Learning and performance evaluation. * Facilitation of face-to-face group sessions. * Proficiency in digital tools (PowerPoint, Excel, training platforms). Recommended requirements * Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Communications, or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trainer or instructor in SALES. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to travel. * Mandatory experience in operational or commercial training (IN SALES). **Position:** Trainer **Location:** Guadalajara, Guadalajara. **Salary:** $25,000 gross monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs **Statutory benefits:** From day one.
