**Position: Trainer** Job Description: We are looking for an Instructor with leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on human talent development. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that promote professional growth among our employees and strengthen the organization's key competencies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise training delivery in all three modalities: Escolta, Intramuros, and Custodio (in-person and online). * Ensure compliance with CEM requirements (accident investigation and reporting, files, and platform management). * Develop training manuals, work skill certificates, and government-related training procedures. * Manage training registrations with SSC CDMX. * Establish corporate civil protection processes. * Conduct technical interviews regarding weaponry. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in training, organizational development, or instruction. * Knowledge of needs assessment, instructional design, and program evaluation. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to work across multiple departments and manage several projects simultaneously. * Experience managing groups of more than 20 people. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary between $15,000 and $16,000 * Statutory benefits * Continuous training. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
