Job Summary: A major bakery company is seeking a Trainer / Business Partner to deliver training and specialization courses to staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide support in human capital areas A major bakery company is looking for your talent as: TRAINER / BUSINESS PARTNER Work location: Metro Patriotismo / San Pedro de los Pinos Job Objective: Deliver basic training courses to newly hired staff, as well as specialization topics to currently active staff at Grupo Lecaroz bakeries. Responsibilities: * Provide basic customer service training to newly hired staff. * Prepare training files. * Reinforce service training. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate with supervisors and/or logistics personnel responsible for training. * Execute training projects. * Deliver local training courses. * Develop, update, and produce audiovisual and didactic materials for training instruction aimed at continuous improvement. * Prepare documentary evidence of training. * Provide support in human capital areas. Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 monthly, net of taxes, plus statutory benefits. Paid biweekly. (Based on qualifications) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Uniform required. Brand discount available. Excellent working environment.
