Job Summary: This role involves designing and implementing soft skills training programs, delivering courses, and evaluating their impact to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for growth and continuous learning **LOOK AT is seeking a Training Trainee at Milenio III - Querétaro, Querétaro** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement soft skills training programs aligned with each client's needs. * Deliver in-person courses and workshops with a participatory, results-oriented approach. * Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs. * Develop and update instructional materials and training content. * Coordinate event logistics and prepare outcome and follow-up reports. * Provide post-training follow-up to ensure application of learning and continuous improvement. * Support commercial activities and client proposal presentations. **Academic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Development, or related fields * Minimum completion of the 6th semester (incomplete degree acceptable) or completed degree + Mandatory requirement: Must not currently be enrolled in studies **What will you learn?** Instructional design of courses and workshops Delivery of soft skills training (communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, etc.) Facilitation of adult groups in corporate settings **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Occasional travel to client companies within the Querétaro metropolitan area * Initial onboarding training provided by the agency * Growth opportunities **Compensation: JCF Scholarship ($9,582 monthly)** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education - incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Interns **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Professional Training and Coaching *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fa3bd14000003c009eea32\&source\=indeed*
