




Job Summary: This position focuses on the comprehensive management of operational staff training and development, including the design, implementation, and monitoring of training programs, audits, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the onboarding and training process for operational staff. 2. Design and implement monthly training plans and generate reports. 3.
