**Surgical Manager** Responsibilities: * Organize, plan, and allocate human resources (nursing staff) and materials (instruments, equipment, etc.) to ensure efficient operation of the department. * Coordinate activities, identify and resolve operational and administrative issues related to department functioning. * Supervise and evaluate the quality of nursing care, adherence to protocols and standards, proper use of instruments and equipment, provide clinical and surgical guidance as needed, and establish performance KPIs. * Lead and motivate assigned personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. * Orient new staff and participate in their training. * Promote continuous training and professional development of supervised personnel, as well as attend all established academic activities. * Implement strategies to improve the quality of care, develop protocols, standards, policies, processes, and participate in quality committees. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary from 20,000 to 25,000, negotiable. * Productivity bonus. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for growth. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
