




Job Summary: Designs, manages, and monitors training strategies, competency development, and continuous learning culture, while administering platforms and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Global collaboration for deployment of strategies and tools Responsibilities * Conducts training needs analysis and defines training strategies. * Designs instructional solutions for competency development aligned with plans and strategies. * Fosters a culture of continuous learning. * Manages OpCo-level training budget. * Performs analysis, tenders, and vendor development. * Manages OpCo-level training: control and monitoring—including plan updates and tracking, tracking KPIs for Training Effectiveness, and area-specific reporting. * Administers training platforms: MyHR, UBREW, CAD Tool, etc. * Collaborates with Global teams to deploy strategies, tools, and courses. Requirements * Experience in Training, Organizational Development, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Demonstrated knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). (Mandatory) * Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel. * Intermediate Power BI. * Change Management, Innovation, Communication Skills, Team Management. * Analytical capability. * Content design and management. * Desired: familiarity with learning tools (LMS, digital platforms, e-learning, etc.).
