Your responsibilities will include managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ciudad Apodaca, NL. **Requirements** * 1\. Responsible for overall departmental work management, assigning and organizing the implementation of order processing, logistics, warehousing, and shipping according to procedures. * 2\. Responsible for identifying customer requirements regarding product labeling, logistics, and shipping. * 3\. Responsible for implementing production capacity assessments related to new products and projects. * 4\. Responsible for implementing departmental performance objectives and indicators, organizing the collection, statistics, and analysis of relevant data. * 5\. Responsible for communication and dissemination of information to customers. * 6\. Responsible for continuous improvement of production capacity. * 7\. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating internal departmental training. * 8\.
