Professional development within a security company **Job Description:** A private security company is seeking an Instructor/Trainer responsible for delivering theoretical and physical training to operational personnel, as well as conducting on-site service supervision to ensure proper staff performance. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an instructor or trainer. * Basic knowledge of self-defense. * Experience delivering theoretical and practical training. * Availability for on-site service supervision. * Ability to manage groups and train personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and physical training courses to operational personnel. * Evaluate staff performance during training processes. * Conduct on-site service supervision for follow-up and feedback to staff. * Support staff training and updating processes. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$13,000 monthly** * **Monthly commissions of $4,000 to $6,000** * Opportunity for career development within the company.
