Your goal will be to improve employee satisfaction and performance through customized development programs and continuous training. Your role will involve identifying the development needs of our employees, planning and implementing training and development programs, and evaluating their impact on team performance. Additionally, you will work to create a culture of continuous learning and promote the personal and professional growth of our staff. Previous experience in personnel development, team management, and training programs is required. You must have skills in effective communication, problem solving, and change management. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments is essential.
