




Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator focused on talent retention to strengthen organizational culture, employee development, and employee experience by leading key initiatives. We are looking for an **Organizational Development Coordinator** with a focus on **talent retention**, who will lead key initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee development, and employee experience. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the implementation of organizational-level OD and talent retention programs. * Lead the design and monitoring of career and succession plans for key positions. * Monitor individual development plans in collaboration with area leaders. * Coordinate organizational climate and culture diagnostics, as well as action plans. * Drive initiatives related to employee experience and internal communication. * Monitor key metrics (turnover, climate, performance, retention) and propose improvement actions. * Support and advise leaders on talent, culture, and development topics. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * \+5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Culture, Training, or Talent Retention. * Experience coordinating or leading OD initiatives/projects. * Knowledge of performance evaluation, competency frameworks (DNC), development plans, and organizational climate. * Experience working with leaders and business units. * Strategic thinking * Assertive communication * Metrics management (turnover, climate, performance) Compensation: * Salary: $25,000 per month * 7% in food vouchers * Participation in strategic talent projects * Excellent work environment If you are interested, please apply through this channel.
