




**Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical optical fiber training programs, ensuring that operational staff possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and standards to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the company’s technical and quality guidelines. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with availability for field visits) * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Transportation routes (in various zones) * Subsidized cafeteria (if required) * Specialized tools and work equipment * Residential internet access after six months of employment with the company **Requirements** **Academic Background** * Technical degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networks, Systems, or related fields * Prior experience in **technical training or team leadership** (preferred) **Experience** * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in telecommunications or technical support **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of optical fiber standards and regulations * Experience in technical training or instruction (preferred) **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate technical optical fiber training programs for operational staff (installers, splicers, field technicians) * Supervise the proper delivery of theoretical and practical courses on construction, installation, splicing, measurement, and maintenance of optical fiber networks * Evaluate the technical performance of trained personnel through practical, theoretical, and field assessments * Identify knowledge gaps and propose technical reinforcement plans or corrective training * Ensure training content aligns with the company’s technical standards, regulations, and best practices * Coordinate field practice sessions and technical mentoring to validate correct application of knowledge * Develop, update, and validate training materials (manuals, guides, presentations, checklists) * Provide continuous feedback to supervisors and management regarding the technical proficiency of operational staff * Document training outcomes, assessments, and technical performance follow-up * Support Operations in standardizing technical processes related to optical fiber **IENTC is an equal opportunity employer.
