Personnel control and process development A prominent leader in the Recycling Industry seeks: **Operations Manager** **POSITION:** Operations Manager **DEMOGRAPHIC DATA:** · Age: 30 to 50 years old. · Gender: M · Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · Experience: Proven track record in achieving structured objectives; organized; results-oriented; broad knowledge of industrial mechanics. · Experience operating forklifts. · Knowledge of tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Evaluation and adjustment of daily production targets · Enforcement of disciplinary actions for production and administrative process errors · Control of spare parts requests for mobile and fixed machinery · Training, development, and supervision of plant personnel · Implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for mobile and fixed equipment according to schedule · Maintenance of physical and mechanical records for units, including spare parts and labor costs, as well as expenses incurred from repairs performed by suppliers · Conducting safety and hygiene inspections as mandated by applicable regulations, including staff uniforms and cleaning of premises such as offices and yards · Supervision and analysis of raw material and production inventory · Implementation of new processes for production application · Weekly presentation and review of results · Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; intermediate proficiency in Word, automation and control software, and Root Cause Analysis techniques · Operation of forklifts · Maintenance of industrial machinery · Execution of operations alongside team members **SCOPE OF POSITION:** · Enforcement of disciplinary actions per established guidelines · Decision-making authority regarding material requisitions · Authority to modify non-critical processes **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $18,000.00 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Weekly payments * Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 am–6:00 pm; Sat 8:00 am–2:00 pm Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00–14:00 hrs INTERESTED CANDIDATES: Please send your CV to the email address provided or apply at 461 254 3410 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
