Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager to administer vehicles, quote freight rates, prospect suppliers, and coordinate shipments and receipt of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle administration for shipping goods to domestic customers 2. Negotiation with suppliers for cost savings and improved terms 3. Effective coordination of logistics and service control **Logistics Manager Required** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress or incomplete, or TSU (Technical Superior University) * Training: Course or training focused on Logistics. * Experience: Minimum 3 years **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Administration of vehicles for shipping goods to customers across the Mexican Republic. * Quotations with domestic suppliers for freight, cargo, consolidated shipments, and courier services. * Requesting quotations and calculating shipping costs. * Prospecting logistics service providers. * Controlling service requests to suppliers across the Mexican Republic. * Effective planning for shipment and receipt of products. * Negotiating with suppliers (generating savings) and delivery methods, payment terms in accordance with authorized policies. * Coordinating with the Treasury Department for supplier payments and submission of payment receipts to suppliers. * Coordinating with the warehouse for arrival and receipt of goods. * Receiving goods and reporting incidents regarding received goods to the Supply Management Department. * Sending payment receipts to suppliers. * Updating and recording the master file of payment scheduling. * Planning vehicle fleet inspections. * Fueling the vehicle fleet. * Vehicle repair and maintenance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Salary:** $13,000 to $14,000 MXN net per month.
