**We are hiring a Logistics and Billing Assistant!** We are a wine and spirits distributor with coverage across various regions of the Mexican Republic. **Requirements:** * Age: 23 \- 40 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. * Experience using SAP and handling billing. * Basic logistics: route tracking, control tower operations, shipments, operational coordination. **Technical knowledge:** * Billing (minimum 30 invoices per day). * Administrative processes and file management (physical and digital). * Intermediate Excel. * Route planning. * Maintenance scheduling. * Proficiency with computer tools. * Knowledge of logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * Accurately record all forms related to departmental processes. * Prepare administrative and billing reports as requested by the immediate supervisor. * Monitor routes as part of the control tower function, ensuring deliveries, escalating incidents, and closing routes in SimpliRoute. * Track parcel shipments and complete the corresponding logbook. * Process billing for operational expenses, including fuel, TAG/IAVE, and courier services. * Support logistics coordinator in expense reconciliations. **We offer:** * Monthly salary: $10,924 * Grocery vouchers: $500 * Transportation allowance: $576 * Monthly bonus: $2,000 (upon permanent contract) * Profit sharing * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Year-end grocery bonus * Paid leave * Half-day off on your birthday * Professional development * Ongoing training * Working hours: Monday \- Friday, 10:00 am \- 8:00 pm, 1-hour lunch break.
