Responsible for inventory management, hygiene, and staff training At **Grupo Champi**, we are looking for a **Kitchen Manager** to lead the operation of our **burger-focused dark kitchen**, guaranteeing quality, speed, organization, and compliance with standards for every service. You will be responsible for coordinating the kitchen team, ensuring proper handling of supplies, maintaining inventory control, and supervising that all dishes are prepared with excellent presentation and delivered on time. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily kitchen operations (production and service). * Coordinate and lead the team of cooks and assistants. * Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and product rotation (FIFO). * Place supply orders and receive goods. * Oversee hygiene and food safety (H certification preferred). * Organize production (mise en place) to ensure fast turnaround times. * Train staff on processes, recipes, and equipment handling. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas. * Achieve operational targets: delivery times, quality, and efficiency. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef**. * Knowledge of grill, fryer, and griddle operation. * Experience in inventory management, shrinkage control, and cost management. * Leadership skills * Organization, punctuality, and results-oriented mindset. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Base salary: $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Staff meals **Interested candidates may apply through this channel** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
