We are seeking: **Powered Industrial Truck and Powered Industrial Truck Instructor** **Position Objective:** *Train employees to convey the knowledge and skills required to operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently, complying with safety standards. Evaluate the performance of each powered industrial truck operator through the implementation of virtual and real-world interaction tools.* **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in activities related to safety and quality, and operation of powered industrial trucks. * Willingness to travel to our Distribution Centers nationwide. **Job Functions:** * Design technical training programs according to organizational and regulatory requirements. * Implement and monitor training and development programs for forklift operators. * Administer and maintain the learning platform (simulator) up-to-date. * Prepare and deliver reports and KPIs regarding evaluation results by distribution center (CEDIS) and region. * Issue authorizations granting licenses for operating powered industrial trucks. * Collaborate with the Safety and Quality, Operations, and Human Resources teams to identify training and development needs. * Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary range of $28,000\- $30,000 GROSS * Christmas Bonus * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings box * Life insurance Work location: Cuamatla Industrial Zone, Cuautitlán Izcalli.
