Promotes a positive work environment Responsible for implementing, coordinating, and executing policies, procedures, and programs related to personnel development within the organization. This role focuses on talent management, training, organizational development, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters employees’ personal and professional growth. Knowledge and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role in Human Resources or Human Development. Technical Skills: Knowledge of training methodologies, organizational development, talent management, performance evaluation, and NOM 035. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution ability, strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork capability.
