SHORT-TERM HOTEL CHAIN, DUE TO GROWTH WE ARE LOOKING FOR: **HOSPITALITY / TRAINING MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing related activities. * Experience in training. **Responsibilities:** * Induction and training of new employees. * Training and certification of operational staff. * Follow-up and handling of customer comments and complaints, in person and on our website. * Development, implementation, and monitoring of training and staff development programs. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $20,000 net + bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * 4 weeks of vacation per year. * 50% discount on food.
