Position Summary: Supervises floor service execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and control over daily operations and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo Califa, a leader in the restaurant industry, is seeking personnel to join us as FLOOR MANAGER at some of our units in CDMX/STATE OF MEXICO. Position Objective: Supervise floor service execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and immediate control over daily operations and financial resources. Rotational training across our branches for a period of 3 months to understand various branch operational areas. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in the restaurant industry (verifiable employment stability of \+2 years in previous positions). Talent Management: Experience managing teams of 30 or more people. Availability: Ability to work night shifts and cover "double shifts". Technical Competencies Cash Handling: Expert handling of cash and banking terminals. Stock Control: Conducting and performing physical inventory counts. Service: Focus on quality, hygiene, and delivery times. Economic Offer Base Salary: $14,500 monthly net. Mixed payment scheme, biweekly modality. Statutory Benefits Additional Benefits Interested?
