A major logistics and tobacco distribution company seeks a CORPORATE TRAINER. **Objective**: Develops, implements, and oversees training programs to improve employees’ skills and performance within the company. Key responsibilities include designing instructional materials, delivering workshops, evaluating learning effectiveness, and promoting professional development—thereby increasing productivity and motivation. **Main Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer:** * **Needs Assessment:** Uses methodologies such as the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps. * **Program Development:** Designs and delivers technical training, workshops, webinars, and induction sessions. * **Evaluation:** Measures program outcomes to ensure impact and drive continuous improvement. * **Documentation:** Maintains training records, attendance logs, and issues certificates—including officially valid certificates (DC\-3\) in Mexico. **Skills of an Effective Corporate Trainer:** * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to tailor messages to the audience, ensuring clarity and conciseness. * **Leadership and Motivation:** Ability to guide groups, build trust, and encourage participation. * **Planning:** Solid scheduling and preparation of training materials. **Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $20,000 to $25,000, commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payments * Monday to Saturday work schedule * Willingness to travel to our business units (CDMX, State of Mexico, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Pachuca) **Locations:** * Polanco \- corporate office * Business units located in \- CDMX, State of Mexico, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Pachuca
