Collaboration with operational areas to align training content. **TELECOMMUNICATIONS TRAINER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of technical processes in the telecommunications sector. * Facilitation skills, group management, and instructional design capabilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and goal-oriented work approach. **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs through diagnostics and performance evaluations. * Deliver in-person and virtual training courses to newly hired employees. * Administer and analyze knowledge assessments, satisfaction surveys, and training effectiveness evaluations. * Provide onboarding training for new employees. * Maintain up-to-date training records and reports for internal and external audits. * Collaborate with operational and technical departments to ensure training content aligns with current processes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training and development area. * And others.
