




At **Hospital SAME**, we are seeking a strategic, results-oriented **Institutional Training Specialist** to drive the development of **administrative and operational talent** across our **3 hospitals**, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Design, execute, and measure a comprehensive training strategy that directly impacts productivity, service quality, and STPS compliance—transforming training into a key tool for the hospital group’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and monitor the **Annual Training Plan**. Identify Training Needs (TNI) per hospital and department. Align training programs with strategic objectives and KPIs. Deliver dynamic, practical training sessions. Coordinate and oversee the proper implementation of **DC\-3**. Train administrative and operational staff across all 3 hospitals. Maintain training records ready for STPS audits. Continuously propose improvements to processes and training content.
