AVAILABILITY TO RESIDE IN MÉRIDA OR LIVE IN THE CITY. Profile: Gender: Unspecified Education: Completed high school (flexibility granted based on experience). Areas of Experience: Costing, Recipes, Mixology, Food and Wine Pairing, Restaurant Protocols, Computer Operation, Point-of-Sale Software (SOFTRESTAURAN), Mediterranean Cuisine Experience, Fine Dining Service, and Sanitary and Hygiene Standards. Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in this or a related position. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts totaling 48 hours per week. Language: English preferred. **Objective:** * Ensure Profitability and Operational Excellence. **Main Functions / Responsibilities:** * Beverage menu design and mixology, as well as wine selection for the cellar. * Standardization to ensure all beverages are prepared strictly according to technical specifications, thereby maintaining desired quality and costing. * High-level customer service; professionally resolve complaints; supervise smooth and efficient service delivery. * Inventory control, including stock counts and timely ordering from suppliers at competitive prices and quality. * Waste control; monitor ingredient yield and minimize waste to optimize profitability. * Ongoing staff training to ensure personnel remain competent in their duties and responsibilities. * Conduct promotional campaigns for events aimed at consistently attracting more customers. * Supervise cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area and its surroundings. * Maintain up-to-date TASK LIT logs and CHECKLISTS to ensure safety and hygiene. * Assertive communication with each position while safeguarding confidentiality of entrusted information.
