We are looking for your talent as: **Product Training Advisor** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Availability to travel. * Valid driver's license and experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Experience in the same position at an automotive dealership (REQUIRED) **Desirable skills:** * Content editing (Filmora, Toonly, or other tools). * Experience with LMS platforms and knowledge of instructional design. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. **Main responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement training courses for commercial departments. * Produce bulletins featuring product news and updates. * Create manuals and comparative materials between products. * Translate and generate technical specifications. * Schedule and implement training calendars (in-person and online). * Manage the allocated training budget. * Deliver training sessions and evaluate knowledge transfer. * Prepare monthly reports and manage expense verification. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday.
