




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Automotive Service Advisor to provide personalized customer service, coordinate repairs, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain smooth communication with customers. Nissan Torres Corzo Is seeking: Service Advisor Requirements: \-Minimum 2 years of experience \-Completed high school education \-Valid driver's license and ability to drive \-Proactive attitude \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: \-Receive and assist customers with personalized consultation \-Create service orders with accurate and complete information as quickly as possible \-Rapidly assess customer needs and offer current promotions \-Conduct vehicle inspection and walk-around, including inventory of personal belongings \-Coordinate with the Shop Supervisor for evaluation of additional repairs \-Obtain customer authorization before performing extra repairs \-Ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines \-Maintain continuous communication with the customer regarding progress or delays \-Accurately enter customer data into the DMS without duplication \-Provide a detailed explanation of all performed work during vehicle delivery \-Show replaced parts to the customer as proof of service \-Supervise and guarantee impeccable vehicle cleaning \-Resolve customer concerns or dissatisfaction immediately \-Perform digital check-in to streamline the customer experience \-Undergo ongoing training in negotiation skills, consultative selling, and objection handling We offer: \-Base salary \+ commissions \-Statutory benefits \-Continuous training \-Growth opportunities Send your CV to: aux.rh.forum@gtcnissan.com Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,600\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
