




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve members, handle cash, and promote services, supporting the department’s daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Performance- and punctuality-based bonuses. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum high school education. * Experience in cash handling and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Service-oriented attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Request and receive the petty cash fund. * Serve members at the counter for deposits, credits, and payments—whether in cash and/or check. * Offer members additional services according to current campaigns and register corresponding promotions. * Receive payments for various public services covered under existing agreements and segregate them for remittance to the respective agencies. * Identify, document, and report any activities that may constitute money laundering, in strict compliance with the Manual for Prevention of Transactions Involving Illicit Proceeds and Terrorism Financing. * Provide information to members, minor savers, and the general public in accordance with the established customer service protocol. * Support various activities contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. * Document progress on assigned programs and activities and keep the immediate supervisor informed toward achieving objectives. **We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** * Vacation bonus: 50%. * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * 10% food vouchers. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Life insurance. * Continuous training. * **Weekly salary payment** * **Performance- and punctuality-based bonus** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
