Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Mechanic skilled in diagnosing agricultural machinery to perform repairs, identify technical requirements, and ensure appropriate working conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of agricultural machinery. 2. Collaboration and training of assistants and mechanics. 3. End-to-end management of the repair process from work order issuance to execution. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: · * Agricultural mechanic * Machinery diagnosis ACTIVITIES: * Submit repair work order requests. * Identify technical requirements to reinforce acquired and necessary knowledge. * Receive required spare parts for services. * Inspect and ensure appropriate working conditions. * Share knowledge with assistants and mechanics. * Diagnose equipment failures and determine warranty eligibility where applicable. * Collect evidence of diagnosis and procedures performed to resolve issues, providing justification for completed work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Regularly update the workshop supervisor on the status of assigned repairs. * Request the field report form. * Prepare and conduct checklists of equipment conditions upon entry for repair or service. * Enforce order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report incidents to the workshop supervisor. * Attend scheduled training sessions punctually.
