### **WE'RE HIRING A JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT!** At **J\&T Express**, we are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper management and control of the company's accounting operations, supporting in the recording, analysis, and financial reconciliation, as well as in the preparation of reports and financial statements. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Record and verify daily business transactions (accounts receivable, cash receipts, and disbursements) in compliance with GAAP and company policies. * Review and validate supporting documents (invoices, contracts, payment vouchers, bank statements) to ensure their integrity, accuracy, and legitimacy. * Perform monthly bank account reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, and prepare bank reconciliation reports. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) under the supervision of the senior finance team. * Compile and analyze financial data to generate internal reports (e.g., budget vs. actual analysis, cost breakdowns) for management and department heads. * Ensure timely delivery of financial reports, meeting internal and external requirements (audits, tax filings, etc.). ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Age: 23 to 40 years old * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in similar roles (recent graduates with strong accounting background are welcome). * **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is essential). * Experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting. * Basic knowledge of tax processes (VAT, ISR, and others). ### **We Offer** * **Base Salary:** $13,000 – $15,000 MXN per month. * **Variable Bonus:** 15% based on KPI achievement. * **Benefits:** * Food vouchers worth 10% of salary. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Growth Opportunities:** Continuous training and professional development within J\&T.
