Job Description: General Objective: Responsible for conducting performance tests on tools and other equipment related to the test lab’s production process, decision-making, continuous improvement, innovation, new products, among others. Education: TSU in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics. Experience and Skills:* Conduct performance tests and share results. * Perform repairs on test equipment. * Carry out preparations for test startups. * Read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings. * Install instruments such as oscilloscopes, power meters, AC sources, hipot testers, etc. * Perform wiring and assembly on test equipment. * Inventory control. * Create documentation for reporting. * Problem solving. * Maintain 6S in the work area. * Handle Work Instructions. * Experience handling electronic and mechanical equipment. Skills and Knowledge:* MS Office. * Electronics knowledge. * Mechanical knowledge. * Intermediate to Advanced English. * Teamwork. * Good communication skills. * Disciplined. * Strong sense of urgency. * Handling of measurement equipment. *Willingness to rotate shifts.*
