Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain the platform’s functionality development plan jointly with the vendor and the service areas to be integrated.\* Provide functional definitions in requirements, documentation, and diagrams specifying actions to be implemented on the platform.\* Convey requirement understanding to the technical teams involved in development.\* Gather user needs, process risks, and operational issues that can be resolved and automated via the platform.\* Monitor progress and delays in deliverables, and report defects identified during testing and immediate client operation.
