Growth opportunities within a company that combines banking and fintech **INnovación en Capital Humano is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **At Kapital Bank, we are transforming the future of finance by combining the stability and trust of a traditional bank with the agility and technology of a fintech to deliver innovative financial solutions.** **We are now looking for our next talent to join our team as: :::Technical Support Engineer:::** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (completed).** * **Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or similar roles.** * **Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support.** * **Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide first-level hardware and software support to users nationwide, enabling smooth execution of their tasks using computers and peripherals. * Verify and generate reports to be escalated to second-level support, to be handled by subordinate Systems departments under the supervision and follow-up of the Technical Support Engineer. * Perform relocation, installation, and uninstallation of PCs, servers, and peripherals at headquarters, as well as loading and allocation of new equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance of corporate equipment. * Install and test required hardware and software for new branches, configure them, and validate their operation to ensure seamless branch operational functionality. * Conduct morning validations of applications such as email, antivirus, Windows services, and Internet filters upon opening, verifying correct functionality of Core Banking services at the start of each business day and reporting any failures or anomalies to the respective service owners. * Occasionally perform on-call shifts according to assigned role to cover user support for branches operating on Saturdays and holidays. * Maintain and document evidence for SPID, SPEI, and INDEVAL computing equipment to ensure proper operation for operational departments. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $15,000.00 to $18,000.00 Gross * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Initial 3-month contract.
