With teamwork and your ideas, we can continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future.**Scope** --------- Global (Multiple countries and regions)**Position Type** ------------------ **Job Description** -------------------------- Objective: * Each systems business partner is responsible for one or more business areas within Grupo Bocar in Mexico, USA, Germany, Japan, or Family Office, serving as the liaison with business units by understanding their needs, key performance indicators, processes, and strategies, thus translating them into optimal and efficient technological solutions through their knowledge of processes and systems of the assigned area. * Conduct periodic meetings with the business units to align and understand each objective, translating and anticipating these needs into technological designs, enabling the means to achieve the expected outcome through communication and progress reporting among involved departments. Functions: * Generate technological solutions for assigned business areas based on their needs and knowledge of their processes and strategies, ensuring they remain at the forefront with tools that efficiently support their functions. * Ensure technology-related projects within the areas are viable by planning and analyzing requirements with teams from other departments and/or external vendors. Produce documentation as support and guidance to ensure proper implementation and integration of tools into their processes. * Review and respond to tickets reported by users from the assigned areas through the incident management process, from a technological process perspective. * Guide users on best practices for system usage, ensuring execution aligns with internal Grupo Bocar processes across all assigned areas through calls and/or process alignments within the system to ensure high-quality operation. * Define business roles within systems according to individuals' job functions. * Ensure solution functionality through testing with end-users in quality assurance environments, aiming to verify the feasibility of user requirements. * Align efforts and work teams within the IT department, acting as Project Management or Change Management to ensure understanding and fulfillment of initiatives. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the business unit to ensure end-users understand how to use these new tools. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Intermediate English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Selection Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
