Sr. Operations Analyst Objective: Analyze and review contract requests previously authorized by the Credit Department for customers and distributors. Prepare and verify all required information for contract activation and funding. Track legal documentation until it is securely stored in the vault. Analyze special pricing tables and special projects in coordination with the Commercial Department. Participate in testing of new systems and projects. Meet key performance indicators related to response times. Main Responsibilities:* Manage and validate documentation required for financing product agreements (AF, AP, and CD). * Draft contracts, manage amendments, and coordinate policy processes with bodybuilders. * Review AML alerts, credit conditions, insurance requirements, and overdue portfolio items. * Register, update, and track operations in ProleaseNET, including funding, payments, and special fleet entries. * Coordinate activities with Credit, Collections, and Sales departments. * Process payments to bodybuilders, distributors, and incentive programs. * Ensure proper compliance and contractual cycle closure. * Support system testing, process adjustments, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Education:* Completed bachelor’s degree or currently completing graduation requirements. * Language(s): Advanced English. * Work experience: Finance, operations, or credit. * Required technical knowledge: * Intermediate Excel (e.g., amortization schedule creation, broad knowledge of financial products, spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, etc.). * Proficiency in Word. * Customer service experience.
