Long-term job stability **Sewing Workshop Supervisor** **Curtain and Blind Manufacturing Company** We are looking for a leadership-oriented individual to manage our production workshop. We seek someone with experience coordinating textile teams and ensuring quality; however,\*\* if you have experience in other supervisory roles involving personnel management, we would also like to meet you!\*\* **Requirements:** * **Personnel Management:** Experience leading work teams (seamstresses and assistants). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in operating sewing machinery. * **Skills:** Ability to resolve technical issues in the workshop **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Benefits:** * **Statutory Benefits** (upon completion of the 1-month probationary period). * **Option for Indefinite-Term Contract** (we seek long-term job stability). **Location:** Monterrey, N.L.
