




**Location:** Merida, Mexico **Department:** Construction / Project Management **Reports to:** Project Manager / Senior Project Manager **Type:** Full\-Time ### **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support project execution from pre\-construction through close\-out. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations across multiple active projects, maintaining documentation accuracy, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting field and office teams in all project phases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high\-quality work. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Project Coordination** * Support Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities. * Help manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple projects. * Track meeting minutes, action items, follow\-ups, and deliverables. **Technical \& Administrative Support** * Manage documentation, including submittals, RFIs, logs, and project correspondence. * Assist with permitting, expediting, and inspection processes to keep projects moving. * Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, vendors, and city officials. **Field \& Stakeholder Support** * Assist in resolving field\-related issues by gathering information, coordinating resources, and following up with teams. * Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders. * Maintain organized and accurate project documentation at all times. ### **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owners Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. * Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore project management platforms. * Experience supporting permitting, inspections, and expediting processes. * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). * Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Why should you be part of our Talented Team?** * 5 Days Work\-week. * Legal Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prestaciones. * Birthday leave (1 Day) * Monthly Gym Benefit * We will give you the tools you need to make your work happen! * We will always promote a work\-balance culture. ###### ***Intangibles Talent is an equal\-opportunity employer.
