Oversee security technology projects and ensure quality standards POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of electronic security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center platform. This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes. **LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage, configure, and maintain the Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV in accordance with the established plan. Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and proper incident response. Conduct daily inspections of cameras and doors to ensure correct functionality and compliance with physical security standards. Provide technical training to system operators to ensure proper use of the platform. Collaborate closely with the Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure (servers), and Facilities teams. Oversee the execution of security technology projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with BRP’s quality standards. Apply best practices in technical documentation, backups, and change control. Ensure compliance with internal policies, international standards, and BRP’s Quality Policy. Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical evidence of compliance. Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operations. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date inventory records of all security systems equipment and assets.
