For the upcoming opening of a branch in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, we are seeking a "Sanitary Responsible" on a fee-for-service basis. Objective: Supervise and monitor compliance with standards and regulations issued by competent authorities according to the work schedule. Work Location: FQF5\+9H8 Naucalpan de Juárez, 53000, State of Mexico. Business Type: Pharmaceutical distributor. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Pharmacy is mandatory. Age: 24 years or older. Gender: No preference. Marital Status: No preference. Experience: 1 year. Skills: Planning, organization, teamwork, follow-up, control, and working under pressure. Knowledge: Regulations applicable to warehouses distributing health supplies and the pharmaceutical industry, quality audits, handling of controlled medications, quality management systems, general administrative processes, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: * Knowledge of COFEPRIS procedures. * NOM 059, 241, 251\. * GENERAL HEALTH LAW. * RIS (REGULATION FOR HEALTH SUPPLIES). * Implement and supervise applicable current regulations. * Receive and follow up on sanitary inspections. * Comply with internal and official regulations. * Support updating documents in accordance with sanitary provisions. * Attend inspections conducted by health authorities. * Ensure all personnel are familiar with Standard Operating Procedures. * Review and update all legal documents in accordance with sanitary provisions. * Supervise that activities align with those established in the Operating Notice. * Supervise that receipt of all health supplies complies with their labeling. * Periodically review inventory organization based on medication expiration dates. * Establish and supervise storage, handling, and transportation of controlled and refrigerated products. * Maintain records of temperature and relative humidity for orders received from suppliers. * Conduct weekly visits to the business unit.
