WE ARE SEEKING: Training Manager Position Objective: Design, coordinate, and implement training strategies—primarily focused on product, sales, and service—for the distributor network, ensuring employee knowledge through in-person sessions, webinars, and e-learning; managing logistics, DNC, travel allowances, and training materials to strengthen employee performance, achievement of commercial objectives, and customer experience. Requirements: * Verified Bachelor’s degree (Administration / Human Resources / Psychology). * Valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement training plans and programs aligned with brand requirements. * Coordinate in-person training, e-learning, and webinars. * Identify training needs for sales and after-sales departments. * Deliver technical, commercial, and product training, coordinating and conducting driving tests for distributor staff. * Develop instructional materials, manuals, descriptive letters, and various types of assessments as required. * Track participant progress, certifications, and reports. * Manage training calendars, invitations, and training evidence. * Monitor training KPIs and indicators. * Prepare corresponding departmental reports, formats, and area controls. * Coordinate logistics for training events (travel allowances, transportation, budgets, etc.). * Conduct periodic visits to distributors to deliver in-person training and follow-up. * Maintain timely communication with business units. * Participate in the creation and updating of departmental policies and procedures. * Undergo periodic training as required by the company or relevant brands. * Provide general support to the Training and Organizational Development Department.
