A manufacturing / industrial processes sector company is seeking a **Research and Development Engineer** to join its new product development department. **Job Objective:** Participate in the design, development, validation, and improvement of new products, ensuring proper execution of tests, technical documentation, and process traceability from the initial stage through to release. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the design and development of new products, from planning through final validation. * Conduct laboratory tests and trials according to the established development plan. * Document results, tests, and changes to ensure development traceability. * Support product validation at the production level, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical development information. * Control records of inputs and outputs for new developments. * Propose improvements focused on development performance and functionality. **Required Profile:** * Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **6 months** experience in laboratory areas (**professional internships and residencies are accepted**). * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability **Gender: Unrestricted** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
