**Responsibilities:** * Manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA standards. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal, customer, and certification audits. * Provide timely responses to findings and corrective actions resulting from audits. * Ensure compliance with specific requirements from automotive customers such as BMW, KIA, and GM, among others. * Coordinate the creation, control, and updating of procedures, work instructions, and system formats. * Support the management of quality indicators and continuous improvement plans. * Coordinate training related to the quality management system. * Provide support to production and administrative areas in interpreting and applying standards. * Participate in management reviews and system improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality management systems within the automotive industry. **Knowledge:** * IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6\.3 * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) * Internal and third\-party audits * Specific requirements from automotive customers (BMW, KIA, GM, among others) **Skills:** * Advanced English (spoken and written) * Leadership and effective communication * Analytical skills and results\-oriented mindset * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D) * Availability: Willingness to travel and attend audits at plant or customer sites. **Key Competencies:** * Customer\-focused mindset and commitment to meeting OEM standards. * Technical leadership and ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams. * Strong critical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Proactive approach to continuous improvement and achievement of quality objectives.
