Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product and process quality, safety, cost, and timeliness, in compliance with customer requirements and international standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the quality and efficiency of machined products. 2. Guarantees compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety management systems. 3. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is required. **Job Position** --------------------- Ensure that, within their areas of responsibility for products and processes, all applicable process stages—from raw materials to shipment—meet established quality, safety, cost, and timeliness specifications according to customer requirements, the Integrated Quality Management System, and international standards, thereby fulfilling customer requirements. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- Comply with customer-established requirements. Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of machined products. Ensure compliance with product and process specifications, consistency and currency of documentation, and adherence thereto. Receiving, disposition, and scrap recording across the entire plant. Communicate results to various departments. Ensure implementation and compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health/Safety management systems during operations. **Education and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. **Skills and Competencies** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of QMS and IATF 16949 standard * Knowledge of EMS and ISO 14001 standard * Knowledge of OH&S MS and ISO 45001 standard * Knowledge of Hazard and Risk Identification and Analysis per ISO 45001 * Knowledge of and ability to identify Environmental Aspects * Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Core Tools * Knowledge of APQP & CP (Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan) Core Tools * Knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Core Tools * Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Core Tools
