Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional/Manual QA Analyst with an analytical mindset to join an agile team, ensuring product quality and aiming to grow into technical testing. Key Highlights: 1. Design and execution of functional and integration tests We seek a Functional/Manual QA Analyst with an analytical mindset and foundational technical knowledge to join our agile team. You will work in constant collaboration with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure product quality, identify risks, and propose improvements. Ideal profile for candidates seeking growth into technical testing (APIs and Automation). Responsibilities: \*Analyze user stories, design test cases, and validate acceptance criteria. \*Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests. \*Validate end-to-end flows and integration tests. \*Report and track defects across development, QA, and production environments. Requirements: \-Experience with functional and integration testing methodologies. \-Proficiency in Jira (or equivalent tools) for incident management. \-Basic understanding of REST APIs (using Postman). \-Basic knowledge of SQL queries and log reading. \-Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and effective communication. Desirable: Introductory knowledge of automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium). Experience in financial products, digital onboarding, or integrations.
