Our model is already operational across several clients we collaborate with, where we support the selection process for various profiles: Data Engineering, Gen AI, Machine Learning, Power Automation, Software Dev, IoT, DevSecOps, Photovoltaic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, etc. This time, we are looking for a colleague for one of our industrial-sector clients, engaged in paper and forest products manufacturing. **What Are We Looking For?** We are searching for a **Functional/Manual QA** professional with 3 to 6 years of experience. ***Purpose:*** As a **Functional QA**, you will be responsible for ensuring digital solutions comply with functional requirements, business rules, and user expectations, guaranteeing a consistent, error-free experience. You will act as a key bridge between business, product, and technology, validating that each delivery meets defined criteria prior to release, under a functional quality and end\-to\-end validation approach. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or related field, completed. * Intermediate English (technical reading and writing). * 3 to 6 years in functional QA, manual testing, or quality assurance. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Design and execution of functional tests. * Regression, integration, and UAT testing. * Defect management. * Requirements traceability (RTM). ***Tools:*** * JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or similar. * Handling of functional documentation. * Collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro). ***Functional Backend Knowledge:*** * Basic/intermediate SQL for data validation. * API validation (Postman or similar). * Understanding of system architecture (desirable). ***Desirable Knowledge:*** * Experience in financial sector or fintech. * Knowledge of API testing. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Experience working with QA Automation teams. * Basic knowledge of automated testing (for collaboration). ***Responsibilities:*** **Functional Analysis** * Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Identify risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in functional definitions. * Validate business rules, operational flows, and functional logic. * Ensure clear understanding among business, product, and development teams. **Test Design** * Design functional test cases and end\-to\-end scenarios. * Define risk-based testing strategies. * Build test matrices and traceability (RTM). * Prepare test data aligned with real-world scenarios. **Test Execution** * Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests. * Validate complete user flows (front \+ backend). * Identify, document, and track defects. * Ensure functional coverage prior to releases. **Quality Management** * Manage defects in tools such as JIRA. * Prioritize incidents based on business impact. * Validate fixes and regressions. * Ensure compliance with acceptance criteria. **Business Validation (critical in banking)** * Validate compliance with critical rules (transactions, calculations, financial flows). * Ensure consistency in regulatory or sensitive processes. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Detect impacts on business operational processes. **Collaboration** * Work with Product Owners, developers, and QA Automation engineers. * Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). * Align acceptance criteria from early stages. * Document findings, scenarios, and learnings. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Business understanding. * Ability to identify risks. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Organization and follow-up. * Focus on quality and user experience. **Cultural Fit:** **Collective Responsibility:** * Engages with squad goals beyond individual tasks and assumes shared accountability for team outcomes. **Autonomy and Proactivity:** * Acts independently, prioritizes value-generating activities, and adapts course amid changes without constant supervision. **Assertive and Inclusive Communication:** * Expresses ideas clearly and respectfully, practices active listening, and addresses difficult conversations timely and fact-focused. **Customer Orientation:** * Incorporates the end-user perspective as a criterion in design, development, or analysis decisions. **Intellectual Humility:** * Openly acknowledges limitations, seeks timely support, and values collective knowledge over individual expertise. **Integrity in Action:** * Communicates actual progress transparently, takes responsibility for decisions, and acts consistently with team values. ***We Offer:*** * Contract: Permanent * Work Modality: Remote * Maximum offered salary: $70,000 gross * Performance bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM) * Life Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Preferential interest rate * 35% vacation bonus * Statutory vacation days * 30-day Christmas bonus * 30-day PTU (Profit Sharing) This is your opportunity!
