We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with experience in agile environments and automated testing. This role will be key to ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our technology solutions through automated and manual testing that guarantees robust, error-free products. **Key Responsibilities** * Create test cases based on requirement analysis and technical specifications. * Automate functional, regression, performance (JMeter), and mobile (Appium) tests. * Execute test scripts and analyze results to detect inconsistencies. * Identify, report, and track defects using Jira. * Document processes and results in Confluence. * Participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives. * Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve bugs. * Implement BDD using the Gherkin language to improve requirement clarity. * Use Postman for API testing and Git for version control. * Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities. * Participate in ad-hoc testing activities. * Ensure complete documentation of testing results and processes. **Requirements** * +4 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Automated Test Engineer. * Solid knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress). * Experience with performance testing (JMeter) and mobile testing (Appium). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and Postman. * Experience in API/REST testing (Postman/Swagger). * Knowledge of SQL for data validation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to analyze requirements and design test cases. * Knowledge of BDD and the Gherkin language. * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability. * Ability to communicate effectively with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Friday. * 100% on-site work located south of Mexico City.
